Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program Information for City of Tempe Vendors
The City of Tempe has entered a linking agreement with Knowledge Services under the NASPO Master Agreement (AR2504). Knowledge Services will continue as the Managed Service Provider (MSP) for IT and admin staff augmentation services. The Knowledge Services MSP Program is referred to as "AZMSP" and delivers solutions to help manage sourcing, tracking, reporting and invoicing of contingent labor services.
As part of our MSP solution, Knowledge Services utilizes the dotStaff™ system to optimize and manage the contingent labor process. Through this platform, open competition assures vendor equality and fair access to business opportunities.

To participate as a Staff Augmentation vendor for the City of Tempe Program, please complete each of the steps listed below, being careful to follow the corresponding instructions.

Steps to Participate
Once your completed documents have been reviewed and accepted, and your company has an active account set up in HireRight, your company will be added to the appropriate State of Arizona vendor list to receive staff augmentation and/or project based consulting requisitions.

Step 1: Master Services Agreement (MSA)

Master Services Agreement (MSA) – Admin Staff Augmentation
Use the link above to access the MSA for IT or Admin staff augmentation. This link will guide you through the necessary information needed in the MSA. Once the required fields are completed and submitted, the MSA will be sent directly to Knowledge Services.
Please Note: No redline requests will be accepted for this agreement. All MSAs must be submitted electronically through the link above. The MSA document will time out after an extended period of time. Once all content is reviewed, please refresh the document before completing it.

Step 2: Certificate of Insurance (COI)

At the time of MSA submission, you must attach a Certificate of Insurance naming the Client as Additional Insured and the Certificate Holder, in accordance with the coverage limits outlined in the MSA document. Failure to do so will prevent your company from being added to the City of Tempe MSP program vendor list. Please reference the sample certificate in the link above for the standard insurance requirements for City of Tempe .
On the COI, complete the Certificate Holder field as follows:

Step 3: W-9 Form

In addition to the COI, a W-9 form must be completed, signed, and attached to the MSA at the time of submission.
